Scam using Paypal

| Scam contents | I purchased 2 pairs of orthotic shoes which was an amount of £57,96 as I believed it was a good price the advert was on my facebook page. I still have not received my shoes and the money has been taking out of my account. I looked up the company on the internet as it seems they have closed and it is a SCAM I telephoned the PayPal office in London but could not speak to anyone so I communicated with Paypal via the chat to which they advise they will send a message to Venetesange which this name appears on my bank statement . I had a reply from PayPal to which they advised that I must wait until they get a reply and the case will be left open till 11.12.2020 they are not that helpful even though I advised PaPal that it is a SCAM |

Had feedback from Palpal which they advised if the company does not respond by the 11.12.2020 they will refund which is very positive news thank you PayPal
