| Scam contents | I ordered a part for my truck from "New Boat". It seemed like it took forever to get it in the mail (weeks) after paying in full. Once the part was received, I found that it was not as advertised. |
| Comment / Review | Upon notifying Pay Pal that the product was not as advertised, New Boat offered to refund me half the price they received. I declined, filed a resolution dispute, and continue to wait for my full refund and this has been going on for months. In my opinion, New Boat is a fraudulent company and they have many complaints against them and Pay Pal continues to honor them through the use of Pay Pal to collect payment.
