I got a email with the same details of a job I had applied in May, the attachment are the same. So is a scam

The person pretends to be working for a UN Agency (UNCIED) which is not one.
UN Documents/ agreement and other forms including request visa forms

Yes, received email with offer and salary scale. Glad I came across this. Was about to submit my documents.
