| Scam contents | Never sends item, but sends tracking info to paypal thinks an item has been sent. |
| Comment / Review | Bought a webcam online for cheaper than market value. Never got an order confirmation and immediately alerted Paypal after placing the order. Paypal contacted them, as the transaction was still pending, and they sent paypal a tracking number to my city that said the item was delivered when it was not. Paypal eventually confirmed with UPS the item was not related to this order. I tried contacting them but nothing came of it.

In have a similar issue. There is no way they sent the correct item if they sent it at all. The weight of the package would have been at least 4 pounds. The ups site says it was 10 ounces.
