      I had the same thing happen to me. Ordered the 12 in One and got and inflatable pillow. I sent an Email to them explaining the problem and got a return giving me instructions on how to return the pillow, but nothing regarding the 12 in One. I just sent a new Email asking when I could expect shipment, and it was returned, address not found.

      So that's who that thing came from! It's in fact an inflatable cussion to pry open locked car doors without using a pry bar that would leave dents on doors. On-road auto services use this kind of tools to unlock cars.
