I just submitted my claim to Paypal today. I googled the site initially and nothing came up. But I guess they just keep making new sites once the old ones get called for scam. Now they have an ad on FB selling gaming chairs.

I ordered a food storage set that cost me $30 and i received a nail clipper set. They responded to emails, but seems to be a language barrier because they won't admit the mistake or say if they are going to send what I ordered or refund my money. I contacted paypal.

I was also scam. Ordered the pots set got a small envelope with a pair of knob earrings. That's their proof that an item was delivered. I got an email from them saying the exact thing. The Post Office verified that it was an envelope not a box with that tracking number. I will be contacting Paypal.

I also ordered King Size Comforter set on 10/6/20 and on the 23/6/20, similar to moveupwithmike I received a small package with a single pillowcase! No response from emails so I've today initiated my refund process with PayPal.

Ok . Yes same for me. I ordered a tabletop composter. PayPal said it was delivered. It wasn't. when I posted the tracking number in Canada Post here was no such number. Same here with a treadmill. Money is gone.

Paypal states you have to communicate with the seller for two weeks before they will get involved. I actually did receive an email from the seller every day. Each day they would offer a higher refund. I said I would only accept a full refund. Finally they said they would give a full refund if I cancel my Paypal dispute.
Nope, it's been 2 weeks so now I can escalate it to Paypal. I also think Facebook is wrong for letting scammer advertise on their site.

Bought a set of cast iron cooking set and received a pedicure medicure set instead. Only realized today that the tracking no. of the parcel is the same as the tracking no. in the email confirming that the set has been shipped out.

They have nothing of those products from the site. Avoid spend money in the site. they will retains your money until you claim for refund if payed from paypal or other protected way of peyment, those who wont will be a victory for these scammers. Paypal shoul pay more attention for this acts.

i ordered an inflatable cot and they sent me the neck pillow, then they want me to send it back for full return or they will reimburse me 30% only. i did not tell them to send me a neck pillow, if they want it, they must send me what i ordered or they have to send me a prepaid mail label after they send me my money,

Purchased Munchs All In One Combo received a small useless Air cushion. Trying to get refund from PAYPAL they give you the run around even gave them links to people that have been scammed, They say their software would pick them up if they were scammers. Last time I will ever use PAYPAL.

I also ordered the airbed from Munch's and got a neck pillow. They said the item is no longer available and I can have a 30% refund (minus shipping) if I return the product. Then, came back with 50% refund as "the best they can do". I have submitted a dispute with PayPal, but they give them 10 days to respond and up to a month for me to hear back on the matter. These people need shut down!

I am so upset with this fraudulent site. I too ordered the blow up bed and received a fake life preserver or neck plastic thing. This mmonotonou.l32mza71a@gmail.com after the back and forth told me I would receive 80 percent back but I had to drop the dispute I had with PayPal. I told her I would drop the dispute AFTER I received a refund. I heard nothing and PayPal closed my dispute. I totally feel unprotected but on their web site, they will give a full refund if it is Fraud . I kept PayPal current but said since i didn't provide shipping info, I was dropped. Even though I told PayPal i would take their offer. Burns me up that they should have free money from me.

All these scan comments I've seen after I placed my order. There are so many why have no fraud charges been brought on these vile people.

Sherrin Store was what was claimed the store I bought a cookware set from. THEY ARE A SCAM! Today I received my order NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I received a manicure set instead of the large orange cookware set that I paid for. The set was advertised on FACEBOOK as a clearance item. I am waiting to see what their response is to my order being a scam. This is the second time I have ordered a discount item off of FACEBOOK and received a off the wall item instead.

I ordered an item from this site that was advertised on Facebook, they sent me a small nail clipper set instead of a large cookware set. The payment was set up through PayPal. I have read other customers received the same item when ordering the cookware set. The website has an address listed but it is not a returning address. The items come from China and the website is supposedly based in England.

They are a scam website selling large popular items but send small China items instead. They are not reachable, the address and items are a fraud. They use PayPal as payment and once a tracking number is sent, PayPal does not dispute the item even though it is not what was ordered or paid for.

I ordered a hobby bench saw $19.90 and $9.95 postage via a link on Facebook too, what I received was a hand pump air bag worth $2.52 so I sent an e-mail to Mennithorp Jayanthony and asked for a refund or re-send item. The fist reply was an offer of 30% refund which I didn't accept, they then offered an 50% refund saying that's the best they can do, not happy, will keep eye on paypal to see if they do refund. Won't fall into that trap again via facebook, maybe they should refund us for dodgy adverts... DEFO Fraud scammers...

Sherrin Store - she scam order cast iron pots 6 weeks later receive a $1 manicure set, seller apologises but states the product is wonderful so maybe i will accept or give to friends, request refund, seller warns it will cost me $20 to return item on a $30 sale, i proceed to return and now await PayPal refund. Address sent back to does not match the company ordered from and apparently the company receiving returns has no knowledge of orders but receives hundreds of returns a day. Paypal is very aware of this scam as it has hundreds of cases against them open - surely withdraw the ability to pay by PayPal by continuing and going through every customer on a case by case example and pretending you are unaware of what is going on with this and many many other scam identical essentially means PayPal is effectively aiding the criminals behind this

Hi all, I received a nail clipper instead of a cast iron set, but I made the payment by PayPal so I opened a reclamation with them and I have received the complete refund! I advise you all to open a dispute with PayPal (if you have payed with it) so the seller will be blocked.

I got conned end of june (see above). Finally got my refund from paypal, but not before I had to send the pillow case back (at a cost of $18!!) but did that so that they couldnt keep any money, rather Australia Post have it instead of these scammers. Good luck to you all, at least if you purchase by Paypal you have a chance

I paid for an all singing and dancing beach trolley. Received an inflatable travel pillow. Emails in response to my complaint offer increasing refunds, but ask me to return the item and pay for shipping. I think contacting PayPal is next.

I finally got a refund from PayPal for the “cast iron skillet set” that I paid for but never received. What I did receive was that stupid cheap manicure set mentioned by so many others. Screenshot all the comments on this page, my receipt of payment, tracking numbers, asked PayPal about the weight of the package sent, you can get your money back from PayPal just takes a bit of work. You must alert them to the fact that this is a SCAM and that if they don’t give you your money back they are protecting criminals, not the consumers.

I purchased a pool skimmer and received a dime store ring instead. I disputed through Paypal and they denied because shipping info was received. I then reopened case and got a refund. This scammer has closed their shop and disabled their email address.
No more Instragram shopping!
