ON ORDERING THE PRODUCT THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT I WOULD RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BY FEBRUARY 27TH 2020. I AM WRITHING THIS MESSAGE ON MARCH 6TH WITH NO RESPONSE OR REPLY FROM HIPSLINE ON WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVER. THERE IS CURRENTLY NO NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM.

      They said they shipped a product to you but never arrives. When you ask for a refund, they say all sale items are final and do not accept cancellations or refunds. Their whole site are sale items. Nothing is regular price. When I said their terms of sales do not indicate this policy, they just said that is our sales term and refuse to provide a refund.

      Hipsline.com and Hipsline.fr (Sports goods) which are also connected to Derma-lights.fr (Cosmetics) advertise their goods but customers do not receive any orders or a refund. It is the same standard emails received if you try to contact them. It is impossible to speak to a human being.

      Hipsline are a major scam company. No order received. The same standard emails received. No personal emails. Could be a robot sending them!! Hipsline are also part of a company called Derma-Lights. Have the same telephone number of +41 77 815 23 63 which is a swiss number. They are not registered anywhere on any Trade & Companies Register. Not in France or Switzerland or anywhere else. These companies need to be dissolved, Police raided or whatever to stop them. They are living off of the money of hard working people and they don't give a shite! Karma will get them and I will put a bad review and warn people on as many sites as I can. They use a platform called Shopify.com which gives them the platforms to advertise their goods ie. Facebook. They have a Swiss telephone number, two companies connected, very similar websites and you pay in US Dollars!!! Nothing is legit. I hope that someone or a Police Fraud Squad takes them down!!

      Use shopify.com which gives the company platforms to sell their sports products currently on Facebook. Goods are never received and neither are any refunds. Standard emails always sent in reply over and over again.

      I along with many other people ordered a fitness product but I have never received the item. I ordered it on 27 Feb 2020 and over 7 weeks later still have not received the item and have not receive a refund. This is the same story from many others. Hipsline.com and hipsline.fr also have connections to a company called Derma-lights.fr which has the same telephone number and also has many people stating never received goods or refund. I have spent a long time researching these companies and they are not registered on any Trade & Companies Register. I want these scumbags caught and closed down! Surely there must be a Police Fraud Squad in France, Interpol whoever with the technical IT know how on how to find them and shut them down for good. Jail them all. It is not right to take money from hard working people. This needs to be stopped now and even more so when most people around the world are in lockdown and just wanted something to help them get through the days. Karma will get them!!

        I ordered 1 of the product, but was charged for 2. I emailed several times and tried to find a phone number, but no success. My order numbers are 217084HL and 217077HL. I work 2 jobs to support myself and these pieces of S rip all of us off. They need to be brought down.

        I as well placed an order at the end of February 2020. Was charged twice (that for fixed). I have yet to receive my item and have sent numerous emails to them. I’ve gotten the “sorry for the delay” bullshit and I would like a refund!!

      They are scammers and won’t ship or provide a tracking number or any details about the courier.They won’t even refund your money.

      I placed an order March 5th and have been told it is on backorder due to COVID-19. Sent several emails and was told I cannot be refunded because it was a special or discounted item.

      I find this site a big scam i orded in February and it now may I've email them used trading standards and they have replied once saying they would send me out another one but i want my money back i dont work unsociable hours to het ripped off by an unscrupulous company

      I made the purchase April 17th 2020 and it is now June 14th 2020 I went to my confirmation page that they sent me and it sent me to a Spotify. Calm those people have a website for this awful activity when I finally got into the chat he basically told me that think of them as a mall if I wanted a refund from a store the mall does not give the refund the store does and so since there's no store I can't get a refund he suggested I go to my bank and get a chargeback ridiculous
