Scam contentson the 13th January I ordered and paid $45.97 USD for a pair of electric garden shears from a company called JIADI CO., LIMITED AKA other names: Allfine trade Co LTD website: https://cardecoration.store/ email address: paypal@24hservice.top.

all they sent me a pair of manual garden Scissors worth less than $3.00 USD. when i complained to PAYPAL, i received very little help, so paypal has a lot to answer for. anyway, I sent the scissors back, but never received a refund.
Comment / Reviewwhen i checked google, i realised that i have been scammed, as there were many other complaints, of the exact same circumstances, by the same company. obviously this company is nothing but a scam village, so please make sure you publish this as widely as possible, so no one else suffers the same fate

        I also ordered the "electric" battery operated pruner for 39.99 plus shipping and received a cheap $3 manual pruner. Contacted the company and they stated that I got what I ordered even though the description in paypal stated "ELECTRIC". it is a scam! luckily I paid with a credit card thru paypal so I will notify the credit card company. My delivery came from Monroe, NJ. I wonder if it is mail fraud since it was mailed with USPS.

        I ordered three bras on March 16th. I started a dispute with PayPal, and today was notified my case was closed in the seller's favor because they said they delivered it to my door. However, the tracking number confirmed it was delivered somewhere, but the post office rep said they had a different shipping address than the one I had confirmed to the sellers. REALLY frustrated now.

        Yep, I also ordered the bras through FB on 4/22/2020. They sent me a message through Paypal with a USPS number that has no activity on it at all. I've disputed with PayPal. I would think that if they were going to ship, I would have received them by now. Also, I never got anything saying "Jiada" on it just "Havrhond" but that was just acknowledging my order. I guess the payment showed up somewhere along the line as CURIZZLE. Jiadi has until the 12th of June to respond. I check USPS daily but never anything on this number. I'm so tired of these FB "merchants" pulling this stuff. No more. I only buy now from those I've dealt with and promptly received my stuff. Very disappointing.

        I ordered 1 bra on 4/10. Received it yesterday, 6/5. This "thing" is the strangest contraption, but cannot be worn as a bra! Trust me, I know what a bra is to look like, I've been wearing them for over half a century. I never received any communication from them, even the mail envelope nor the PayPal charge has any ID as far as what company this is. Only after I filed a complaint with PayPal did I get the name of the company. Now I am waiting to get reimbursed! Wish me luck!

        I had the same thing happened ordered three bras.... didn’t get any communication from the company about shipping or eta... finally disputed it through PayPal and PayPal just closed my claim saying the tracking sent from them states it was delivered??? Not sure who to be mad at right about now.

        I too ordered the bras, received no shipping info and when I disputed they magically produced shipping info with a delivery date the exact date I started the dispute 2 months after I ordered through a Facebook Ad. The item has never been received.

        I was scammed too by the same company! They received payment from my pay pal account immediately and never sent the bras! I put in a dispute and Pay pal ruled in their favor indicating they had tracking information and they were delivered to me! Don’t order anything from this company and pay pal should cancel them! So disappointed ☹️

        I too ordered 2 bras in March, had tracking sent to me. Received notice it was delivered to my door, when I checked, it was delivered to someplace in Louisiana, I live in California and my address was on my invoice twice. Contacted the paypal24 email they had on the invoice and got no satisfaction. I too want my money back. This company is scamming people.

        Total scam! And PayPal did nothing and after 6 months my claim was also closed. So I'm out $68.87USD. And now I find this is a pattern with this disgusting company! So very, very angry!!

        Same here. I have never ever bought from a FB ad, the only time I do I get scammed. They advertise as Kiwinew on FB with frequent ads and attractive ladies sandals. looks true, it’s not. BE WARNED AVOID REPORT.

        I have an active case through PayPal against this company for the sandals. Same story as everyone else here. Ordered and paid for May 16th.
        Now June 27th and no sandals. The company sent a number from Yodel which apparently shows delivery but no address. I am hoping that PayPal take note and ban this rogue company!

        I ordered table tennis equipment advertised on FB and paid using PayPal. Opened a dispute in the resolution centre and 2 months later PayPal closed the case in their favour. Saying the item had been delivered with a tracking number . I work got Royal Mail and was able to check the number . The tracking showed an item delivered with a different name and different address. Jiadi must be duplicating tracking numbers on items they have sent and using them for items they are not sending. I sent all the documents to PayPal as evidence but PayPal still will not budge or take the company of their listing . I suspect FB will do nothing either. Royal Mail said I should contact trading standards as this is fraud . I have exhausted the system and used lots of my time to get nowhere apart from going knowledge on what’s going on

        Same no shoes received. PayPal refuses refund as tracking number was provided, Yodel advised tracking number is a fake. PayPal still refused. Facebook have a page dedicated to this scam company with 800 members

      Sunflower necklace ad for Valentines Day never delivered. Filed a dispute with PayPal. It was denied because they showed tacking from China Post that it was delivered to my mail box.
      I have USPS Informed Delivery and it said no mail was delivered to us on that day.

      If you've had a similar experience, please file claim using real USPS reports so they can discover the FRAUD that's going on here.

      I ordered a "You are my Sunshine Necklace" back in January for a gift for my Granddaughter for Valentines . I never received the necklace in time, so I began submitting a claim that I no longer wanted it and wished to cancel the order. I also requested to Pay Pal to cancel my order and requested a refund. No resolution was ever received. Yesterday April 7, 2020 I received the necklace. I paid $24.98 for it!!!

      The necklace is hardly worth $5.00! The quality is so poor!!! So cheap looking I would be embarrassed to give that to anyone!!

        Open a dispute of charges with Paypal and call your credit card company to report the fraudulent charges. I’ve had to do the same thing with Curizzle Co.,Ltd! They also give you a tracking number that looks legit, but is also a scam.

        Same thing happened to me. Company provided someone else’s random shipping confirmation number where something had been delivered so that PayPal would decide in their favor. I finally got a PayPal person who called the post office to verify this was tied to a random address! Jiadi, 24hpaypal.top

      CURIZZLE. JIADI.,Ltd Charged my debit card for $59.18 without my authorization. I did not order anything from this Company in China!! It looks like this is a common practice with this SCAM CHINA COMPANY!

      A charge for $59.18 showed up today, April 22,2020 on my debit card. I did not authorize this payment. There is a 10 day hold so there is nothing, the bank, tells me I can not do until it clears. In the mean time this scam can happen again and again on my debit card. In this time of unemployment due to COVID-19 and ‘Shutdowns how can I pay my rent if this scandalous china company continues to take money from my account and not even the banks will protect us from this!

        I placed and paid for an order with Harlan Co (Castleelf) on the 21st June and payment was taken from my account 23rd June £26.99. The only confirmation I have had from them, is to say order confirmed. No updates on item being dispatched, delayed etc... So would like to know if being sent out or a refund is going ahead?         I order on the 16th June 2020 some Auto Rotating Ceramic Curler, £36 approx. Eventually received parcel on July31st & inside was a straightening/ curling tongs,of which I already have. I tried everything sent photos of my ordinary order etc etc. They will not except this it’s there in Black & White but they say I order the straightener. On face book it only showed what I order so either they put the wrong order number on it I don’t know. I’m still trying for refund or what I ordered. Any help anywhere out there.

        Ordered the circular saw with blade on 6/8/20, from Harland Company. Received three blades close to 2 months later, but not the saw. After numerous emails, they insist

        I only ordered blades, even though they sent an order summary showing that my order was for a saw and blade (s). This Harland company has several companies under its umbrella, mostly Asian. Lesson learned - do not order anything from FB ads, no matter how impressive. Quite frankly, my on-line shopping days are numbered, including from well-known stores.

        Ordered a BBQ off Their add on FB page. Too good to be true. two burner BBQ $43.75 Aus delivered with bonus Thermometer. Received the Thermometer worth about 5 dollars from Western Australia. No Barby Sent more than 5 Emails to them, They said parcel was delivered to my Post Box. NOW i Know it was a Scam

      Hmmm...on 4/7/20 I ordered a fun-looking game from a FB ad. It was retractable table tennis net w 2 paddles and 3 balls for $41.98 , including shipping and handling.

      It's been over 2 weeks now and I haven't received an email confirmation from them with shipping deets, but I did confirm the PayPal payment went thru on the day of my order. Of course it did. :(

      Reading your comments, I'm beginning to realize we may have been scammed. I googled the name and found a "customer service" number on an Amazon page (215-758-0869). I left a vm but the outgoing message is garbled and it's not obvious that it's even the right business. What a rip off!!

Nobody gets there stuff and PayPal is all in it getting their share. Just don't buy anything from them. Save yourself the Grief.

        I ordered 2 solar fountains and they were never delivered. I responded to the purchase confirmation email several times and never heard back from them. The website says to email them if you have any issues, but there is no email address on the website.

      When I emailed the above paypal address asking for a refund they said they cannot cancel an order that has been shipped and cannot refund me for my purchase.

      I ordered some lego clean up sets that my wife forwarded me from Facebook for my kids. It said free shipping but did not mention coming from China or International shipping. I received an email from a Chinese shipping comapny that was in all Chinese and I couldn't read it. I tried to go back to the website to figure out how to cancel and the website was no longer up. I translated email for shipping and saw that it had not shipped and was waiting for processing item. I sent email to seller ...

      This company sells garbage with websites they set up and quickly take down. The product does not do what is described and comes from China. Cost $49.99 for 3 of them and it is literally a tent like sack with a zipper on the end. Complete false advertisement and scam of a product. Took almost 2 months to receive and wouldn't cancel order even though the product had not shipped.

      I ordered a couple pairs of pants from this same company off a facebook ad back in January, after a month I checked on the order through their email from the website https://cardecoration.store/ and they said it was a high requested item and on back order. I replied and told them to cancel the order and they came back 2 months after I ordered it and said they couldn't because it had shipped. I told them I didn't care and they needed to refund my money. they provided a tracking number for the shipment. After 2 more months the shipment had not moved or changed status. I disputed it thru paypal AND my credit card and my credit card company refunded my money. the "company" refused to cancel the order.

      Indeed this is a scammer. Made a website selling face masks and putting delivery date and never sent them. They provided a tracking number from china. Be aware. Paypal will not reimburse your money. Filed a claim and they supported the deller. Even when I sent them evidence. Seller provided a diferent tracking number from the one je sent me and it showed it was deoiveeed on my city but different zipcode. How convenient, and still Paypal decided on his side. DONT BUY FROM HIM.

      I ordered Handmade Crystal Glue Mold Set (83 Pcs) from these dudes back in mid March and I'm still waiting for it. I've just submitted a complaint to Paypal, but I don't see them get back to me. I bought two of these for 40 odd US Dollars (approx 70 Australian). I am so angry. Every time I contact them I get a lame excuse saying it's the shipping company's fault. Like WHATEVER!

      I also ordered table tennis net and bats extendable . No item received and a false tracking number sent to show item delivered after I opened a dispute. Papal just closed the case without given me a chance to upload documents to prove the tracking number was not my item . Jiadi is a scam and papal are allowing them to operate

I found out later it could be a scam so I tried PayPal again with no help. I asked who they sent the money to with no answer.

      Products being sold that never arrive. However they will send random unrelated USPS confirmation numbers to PayPal so the cases are decided in their favor!

      Do not order from them. They will keep emailing you saying it’s in its way. I paid for expedited shipping. Two months later, nothing has arrived. Shipping stopped tracking when product left China. No US shipping info provided to me.

      I ordered a multi-tool electric disc cutter which was advertised in a pop-up ad in you tube. Cost was $29.92 USD = $29.92 paid through PayPal on 3 June 2020. Raised a dispute with PayPal but they keep putting a resolution by date off (currently Aug 27. Paid by Bank of Scotland debit card to PayPal.

      I understand there is some sort of scam going on by Jiadi using PayPal.

        I also purchased the multifunctional circular saw and blade set. I recieved blades but no saw. I contacted company they apologized and offered $3 compensation. Contacted Paypal with all reciepts, they took ages then said I have no case as a package was delivered. Not Happy
