| Comment / Review | Ordered two watches. Never received tracking number and support lady sent email saying product was returned and will send again. Did not give telephone despite several requests. No phone number of website. Address given is in Vancouver BC so trusted without checking absence of phone number. The credit card transaction taken on name of 'The Heart Watch, Edmonton, Alberta. Searching that website and address showed viewers comments confirming it to be a fraud.

Waited several weeks for the watch they said it was back ordered. . It came alone in a box, no manual or wrapping. Copied the manual off the internet. Tried setting up the watch with no success, also had a tech from Verizon check it out and he said it doesnt wortk. Tried contacting them with no result. Its a good guess this is as scam.
