| Scam contents | Offers through internet site great prices on electronics, etc. This person has a way of obtaining a legitimate UPS tracking number but never sends the merchandise. |
| Comment / Review | Purchased merchandise using PayPal thinking that provides protection. WRONG!!! PayPal policy, as they told me, is the support the seller (scammer) as long as the seller can provide a tracking number. This scammer is good and I believe has some sort of connection to UPS as they were able to obtain a legitimate tracking number. UPS has verified that the number was fraudulently used but PayPal offers no support.
