I found their confirmations emails on scam detecting sites after the format of email seemed suspicious to me. Looks like we've benn scamed.

This looks like a scam. All prices are exactly 70% off, all shoes are available in all sizes, social network links don't go to any accounts, the English on the rest of the site (contact us, shipping etc) is quite bad. Luckily we realised just before putting our payment details…

I made an order and didnt received any email. Total was 45 USD but they withdrawn two transactions 53 dollars each (about 110 USD total) from my card. And descriptions of payments had no any conneted with my order.
It is 100% cheating

I suspect I was scammed by (auto2@servicecentervip.com). Having ordered two guitars for just over $100. Seemed to good to be true. Probably was. I will contact credit card for charge back if merchandise is not delivered as ordered. Also I ordered one time and on confirmation email I saw one charge and two more pending for same thing.

I ordered 4 items of footwear. It looked legitimate as it was listed as a very reputable company. I believed after I received the confirmation email as it looked wrong. I then called the manufacturer who confirmed for me that I had no orders pending. Total scam.

I ordered car seat and got the confirmation of my order everything via email but after 23 days of long wait when i went to collect the item in post office the item which they sent was a Gucci scarf, i had paid 150dhs and also same time they deducted 196dhs from my a/c ,when i email them they said they just took 150dhs only.
Guys plz dont order anything from this site,they are just a bloody scam.

The same Thing happened to me. I ordered a bag and paid by credit card. At first they informed me that the order was not successful. Many hours later, at midnight, I received the strange email where they referred to a transfer of money on their account. Very similar to the above letter and without any mention to the Real order . A few days later a mail written apparently by service 13 confirmed the order. Another one asking again my address.....always service 13.....stil waiting....I had to block my credit card. A Real trick. Don t trust them. Signal them.

I purchased items from Lugicoonline.com on Nov 13 2019. The charge on my credit card is from Hengdato Co. After noticing my order hadn’t shipped after three weeks. I tried to contact luigicoonline.com at service4@vinayotap.com but have had no reply’s. They have now duplicated my order and are trying to charge my credit card again. Fortunately I had canceled that card with my bank, reported the fraud, and I am currently trying to get the charge reversed. This is a scam!

I saw an ad for cheap doc marten boots online facebook. I ordered 2 pair at a total cost of $108 aud. I never received a tracking number. The website looked legitemate. When boots did not arrive I emailed and got the story that they were lost, did they want me to send them again. I said yes. They then said no more in stock and would refund me 30% because they had lost money too!!!

I bought a Dyson hairdryer from this site black friday sale 75% off Tuesday november 10, 2020. Payed 62,72 euro´s and it was supposed to take 5 - 7 work day´s, fast shipping to my door in Iceland.
Haven´t heard from them since, today is 2. February 2021, so I guess this is scam and the people behind it thief´s.

I waited over 2 months and finally got a pair of fake sunglasses. I had my suspicions when I started getting emails from some very random email address about the tracking number. they have used or stated multiple emails, none of which work if you reply back or try to email. The emails they have used are:
