I have same issue. Ordered snowboard pants 12/31/23 and tracking says it will be delivered within two weeks from 4/2/24. Number is always busy.

Scam contents	The website shows many Yamaha musical instruments on sale. When you pay, you receive a payment confirmation email and your purchase history can be viewed on the website. But nothing is said about the shipping and the tracking.
Comment / Review	When I enquired about the shipping and the estimated delivery time, I received an email requesting me to be patient and to give them 1 week. After 1 week, I send a follow-up email and there's no reply. They play dead!!!!! BEWARE of this website. I lost 50$ to those thieves.
