| Scam contents | BitCloudVPS sold me a Starter VPS for $8.50, payable in Bitcoin. After paying, its invoice displayed "Paid — thank you!" and claimed server provisioning usually takes about one minute, but the control panel continued to show "Provisioning" and a notice that payment was awaiting service processing. I did not receive a usable VPS even after roughly a day. |
| Comment / Review | Paid $8.50 in BTC for a BitCloudVPS Starter VPS in Reykjavik, Iceland (Debian 12). The invoice clearly said paid and promised near-immediate provisioning, yet the service remained stuck in "Provisioning" roughly a day later. When I tried to contact support, the ticket system required a positive account balance, apparently demanding further funding just to ask where my paid service was. I did not receive the server I bought. I cannot establish intentional fraud, but this experience is a major warning sign. I strongly advise prospective customers not to pay BitCloudVPS unless it resolves these delivery and support issues. I will update this report if the company delivers or refunds the order.
