| Scam contents | I recieved a text message on my phone last week saying my blood work results were ready, with a link. I have not had any blood test done, not since my physical in January and that was at my regular clinic. I almost clicked it because you hear about these things but you never think it will happen to you. The link opened a page called Sanctuary Labs - Blood Test Report and it looked very convincing I will say that, like a real patient portal. It wanted me to log in. I dont even know what login I would use. Then I looked at the website address and it had the name of a doctor in it, Sean Armin. I googled him because my husband said maybe it was our new insurance or something. He is a real neurosurgeon in Los Angeles. The people behind this are using a real doctors name to make their fake page look official and that is disgusting. Please be careful everyone. No lab sends results like that by text message. |
