Scam contentsPaul started out as a potential funder for my energy project. I assisted him in payment of fees that he needed for funding. The last fees of $720.00 I forwarded to him was on September 30, 2025 and have had no further contact of any sort with him since. I have attempted to reach him by telephone and email to no avail. His attorney Vic Delaeminck of Vancouver, WA has been of no assistance.
Comment / ReviewApparently, Paul is not as honest as he states.

I have assisted Paul in fees of about $2,200.00.
No further word since September 30, 2025.
Like he dropped off the planet.
He has been removed from my organization.
