| Comment / Review | Universal service wanted some proof of who I am so I give them my birth certificate and Id and social security number and social security papers about what I'm getting,real information,then yesterday they send a letter that said .make copies of Id and birth certificate and take pictures of them because they cut it up, put it in a bàg , it's my troubles for people like this ,I don't know if they have lifeline phone, but they will cut someone Id and birth certificate and social security number and anything you send them,now I got to get social security number and birth certificate and other stuff,I'm mad ,I don't know if you can do anything, thanks for looking at my messages

They offered to send out a medical devide free of charge if only I agreed to pay a monthly fee of what I heard to be $2 a month but ended up being hundereds times that .
After they told told me the actual price, I cancelled the purchase, but i had already agreed to hand them over my routing number and account number on my checking account, which made me extremely uncomfortable and i only did so because i thought it was a referral from my phone company

i gave out my financial information for a free device that i did not realize had an excessive monthly fee because the referral appeared to come from my phone company and i must have written it down wrong
