| Scam contents | Illegal rough diamond trade, forged export documents, cash fraud. John Abraham is posing as a licensed diamond exporter in Namibia and Angola. He claims to have Kimberley Process approval and export rights for rough diamonds from Angola, but this is completely false. He operates under the names Mopane Mining and Lulo Alluvial, often offering stones via WhatsApp and demanding large cash payments upfront. Once payment is made, he disappears — ignoring all contact and delivering nothing. He presents fake documents, has no valid KP license, and moves stones across borders illegally. This is part of a regional cross-border scam network targeting real investors and international buyers. He has already been reported to Namibian and Angolan customs, anti-corruption units, diamond regulators, and international watchdogs. |
