I ordered a Black media chair. 2 grey stands with USB ports, a pink fitted queen bed set and a cordless vacuum from wayfaioutlet.online through Facebook. I paid $63.25 on 3/6/2024 I received a confirmation email from support@vip.order-confirmation.info order number received is 53l4Z-4GX1C5D I sent several emails and haven't heard anything back

You could contact your bank or credit card company and inform them of the situation and ask if a Chargeback procedure is possible:
