Scam contents	Portrait themselves as one of official IRS staff. And switching phone numbers. Asking for not known or existed licence number, ticket, tax for bank transfer.
Comment / Review	Needs deep investigation. Already confirmed and reported by official source not to get in contact with this people. Be careful. No such document that needs payment needed for transfer money out of USA to anywhere. Transaction fee is always discussed in advance and by official bank staff or manager. Don't believe these people and pay a cent to them. Related companies and bank. They all will come up with different excuses and request of fee for different purpose. They will never make any transaction. Everything is lie. I'm also getting messages and phone calls from russian agencies authorities who are scammers as well asking for money or your personal data. Passport ID etc. None of these phone numbers are real.
