Same here, a supposed young Asian girl over time convinced me it was a guaranteed return of 12-40% and it did on the screen but when she got mad because I wouldn't make another 5-10K deposit it became time to withdraw it and nothing. It's shows it's still there but when you push withdraw it says some system error and to contact customer service which takes you to a screen that does nothing.
