Yes it's 100% a scam.
On the site it claims "Founded in 2018" but the domain was only made a few weeks ago. It's a fake crypto site run and controlled by scammers. Stop talking to anyone that introduced you to it. They're all scammers. (If it was a love interest, read about long con romance or rather "pig butchering" scams)
