| Comment / Review | My dispute on HTX has been stuck for over two months because the seller won’t respond, yet the platform requires their input to close the case. Worse, the seller is using a third party account, against HTX’s own rules—but no action has been taken. It took the intervention of Reclaimdc to get my funds out. If you’re using HTX, be cautious, support is unresponsive, and the dispute system doesn’t work as it should.
