| Comment / Review | They provided extremely poor service. I was unable to take my money out. I had experienced a problem with them when my transfer was lost. I filed a support ticket, but they never got back to me, and I was unable to get my money back. Throughout the whole process, I never received any attention from the customer service. Thanks to them, ~ authorities .w i k i ~and their private recovered everything for me
