Scam contents	I used them but their site grew weaker and more useless. When I saw they charged my credit card for another year I went to call them to cancel and they do not answer their phones, saying they are out until June 26th. They refuse to refund my money for services for next year I do not want. I get AI BS responses, saying sorry to see you go, your membership lasts another year. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Comment / Review	ACREVALUE.com is a terrible site, many parcels do not populate. Better off just subscribing to the BSA that they feed off of anyway. They scammed me out of 1199 for services in 2025 I do not want. They will not refund or contact me back. They have been reported to American Express as a fraud and I hop this prevents others from being scammed by this jerk!
