Scam contents	£11.89 debited from my bank account for an EE mobile top up. which I never purchased. I have now received an e-mail, saying that my top-up will be renewed automatically this month. I phoned them and they said that the automatic renewal has happened "accidentally". They have said that they will refund the renewal payment and cancel my "account", which I have never had.
Comment / Review	This is a scam. I had no idea that they had taken £11.89 from my account, until my latest statement arrived and I don't know how they did this.
