| Comment / Review | I even told my account manager that this broker was the worst I had ever used. They either ignore my emails or come up with a reason not to comply with my request each time I want to withdraw money from my account. I sent them an email to inform them that I wanted to terminate my account and want my money back because of how long this process had been going on. And I'm not getting a response from them, exactly like they used to. Despite sending follow-up emails, I have not heard back. I sought help from ~ authorities .w i k i ~ as a result, and they were successful in getting my money back.
