Upon creating an account on here you'll be prompted to deposit a small sum of money (50-200$) to unlock said prize. Whether you do that or not, there's no prize and this whole thing is just an advance fee scam. Finally, watch out as the scammers behind this are using generative ai to make their ads look more convincing.
