Scam contents	I ordered two power outlet units, specifying US outlets. I received the products but with UK outlets. I contacted the support email twice and despite indicating I had received the product but it was incorrect, they kept sending me tracking info. Finally got them to understand that I received the wrong product, they asked for a picture, which I promptly sent, clearly showing the incorrect outlet type. They responded, twice, that their warehouse confirmed that the order was correct. I finally lost patience and indicated that the photos I sent, clearly showed the incorrect product and if they wouldn't send me the correct item, I wanted my money returned. They replied that the product would be too expensive to return and offered to let me keep the (useless) items and $3 for my trouble. I ended all communication with them except to inform them that I had received a refund through PayPal and they could deal with them.
