I think there is some more info you need to provide. Did they send you and email, text, or whatever? to get you use paypal to send money to them? Was this an ebay item?

They got my info in a data breach and been purchasingBTC through my paypal , the only reason i found out ws because my email gave me a receipt

Are you sure the money's been taken out of your account? Because this email looks a lot like a phishing email that others have received:
