It's usually near-impossible to return stolen money from crypto scammers as the transactions are irreversible and the scammer is not likely to have regrets and return it to you. What you can do is report the scam to the authorities (such as the FTC in the US) and make sure you steer clear from scammers who claim they can get your money back.
