I thought I was ordering from QVC which was displayed on the Facebook feed. I had odered buy 2get2free folding shelves
And even got a notice that they had been shipped from Japan and then I knew I had been scammed. How do I get a refund. Your email was on the order form.

I kept sending them emails and someone would always respond. Told them I wanted my money back. They kept offering me percentages of my money. Told them I wanted a full refund. Last email from them said I would get it. So far it has not shown up in my account.

They're just gonna keep making excuses until you run out of time to ask your bank or cc company for an actual refund.
