This is a wide spread scam and bailiffs won’t turn up. They will ask you to pay a random person who will be a ‘solicitor’

      Claiming to be from a bailiff agency northampton county court and the name paul bennett .
      Had this happen before so did not believe but could be very believable if you have not had similar call before
      He was using email address jscollectionsltd@gmail.com
