The company posted a false ad on Facebook. I purchased a mini camera that does not support the current technologies. I requested a full refund but was offered a replacement that has never arrived. The company send customers automated emails to delay your timeframe for refund as per stated on their website. Once you are hocked, they disappear. They are online scammers. Never trust Facebook ads.

I totally agree and think Facebook should be held more accountable as well!

Same for me. A Facebook scam with product (waliing stick / seat) never arriving and refund never arriving but responses designed to delay formal complaint. A lesson learned and paid for!
