Comment / ReviewPurchased an item that never shipped and no refund after I requested. All of the emails are coming from fasifun.com and not skisocks.com. They have other websites like cutetopshop.com that are associated after reading the .xml codes in the emails.

      These people are committing fraud. It's a team of them and they're not very good at it. They use Stripe as a payment medium, so if you want to find out their personal contact details - google STRIPE CHARGE LOOKUP, then enter in the payment information that you made. You will then be shown the Stripe Charge details which shows their 'company' name as well as their personal contact email address [HINT - it's the nickname I've used]
