I live in CA. Never been to North Carolina. They sent a text saying I owe a toll of $11.69 and I should pay it to prevent a late fee of $50. Not happening!!

That's how they get you. They pretend to be from Paypal and ask you to log in to a copy-cat website so they can steal your info.

Scam contents	Their platforms is going to grab the tasks by contacting the manager and give 7 tasks, and every tasks asking big amount of money. Every task has an items from store and will demand to purchase the items to complete tasks. Only their system has capability to choose the items. The previous balance should not withdrawn if tasks is incomplete.
