Same here! Ordered cups at the first of the month and the tracking info they sent me showed they were delivered to Des Plaines IL and I'm in NC. I told them I have been waiting for over three weeks and I want a full refund and I was told to wait patiently and I'm like I've been more then patient so send me a full refund or I'm going to dispute the charges and file a complaint.

I ordered one and it was delivered to Alaska with pick up only..I'm in Ohio. They just gave me the run around telling me to be patient. Then the package was picked up somehow..not sure how that happened. They can't confirm any information..my address nothing. At this point i am just messing with them. I got my money from my bank.
