Ordered clothes April 9, 2023 and check website daily for updates concerning order & site states “awaiting shipment “ it’s now May 13, 2023 and no tracking status info, no change from ‘awaiting shipment “, nothing. Wondering when I ll receive my order.. If no order is shipping how can I receive a refund.
