They knew all my information and threatened to garnish my checks

They did the same thing to me. Claimed they had a suit against me from Wells Fargo. Had my name, address, and last 4 of my social, and the name of my last employer...haven't worked there in more than 10 years. Called and left messages on the cell phones of family members claiming to have an active law suite against me. I don't owe anyone, nor any lenders any money.
