I'm another victim. Could be an effort to get a Visa card number to issue a refund and then compromise the account with unauthorized charges. I'm just sending them back.

I didn't order but not wasting $ or Time to send back. Wasted enough time already checking my VISA to see if it was charged.

Just a heads up to anyone that has this happen, These scammers will open a new credit card account in your name and address. They then do a test run like order something. If the new card works they will quickly max it out then disappear before you know it. 2-4 weeks later you will find out about it. Just be aware and watch for any new activity on your credit record!
Hope this helps!
