Comment / Review	John Davis called representing PCH stating I won 1.5 million plus 5000 per week for life and 2022 Ford F -150. Had me write down a check number (0933145720) and told me to purchase a American Express prepaid card and put 500 dollars on it while he waited on phone from return of purchase of card. He stated to give card numbers to him so that the 1.5 million dollars could be deposited on prepaid American Express. So I hung up the phone. He then call me a second time I again hung up. I found this form online and filled it out.
