| Comment / Review | They claim to be based in the UK, but send a tracking number from China. Their email address is from a free messaging service; this is a red flag, as a genuine business would use a professional email address. The jars and vases, as well as all of the other items on the website, are stolen from Ali Express and sold at exorbitant prices. They claim to be operated by Hario Trading Limited Co., which is a fake and fraudulent company that has been used by multiple problematic websites.
