| Comment / Review | Sounded like an automated call from barclays, i was told of two potentially fraudulent payments due to leave my account for £300 and another for £1000. I pressed two to be passed to a representative. That person clearly was not a representative. They did not identify themselves and just started telling me to press keys. I hung up.

Automated phone message about withdrawals from my bank account press 1 to stop etc

01137303138 - Caller with Nigerian axxent rang my 82 year old mum this morning. He said he was from her bank and was calling to inform her that £2000 had been taken from her bank this morning. She asked which bank and he replied Lloyds. My mum told him she doesn't have a Lloyds account so it couldn't be her bank. The caller didn't reply and quickly put the phone down.

they said they were from barclays and two amounts had been taken out of my bank i told them i only had 10 pounds in there they put the phone down
