Comment / ReviewI reported to Paypal and they would not do ANYTHING. I have now reported to CapitalOne card that was used via Paypal. I see you already have this reported. I reported AGAIN to Paypal and told them I will no longer use their service. They are supposed to protect against this.

        Paypal just got back to me and offered me a $50 credit, which I accepted. I'm hoping CapitalOne with refund the rest. I'll know not to let Donation designation slip past again.
