| Comment / Review | I ordered two pairs of shoes and paid with a debit card and received a scarf that I had to pay additional money for. Ripoff. They are in collaboration with online@supporthome24.com which promised me a 100% refund if I mail the scarf back to them but because the scarf will probably get lost they don't advise it. Instead, even though it is their mistake, they only offer a 35.8% refund to make things fast and easy. So, how is that fair? I spend $153.00 and they only "promise" me a refund of $54.77.........REALLY???

You should contact your credit card company or bank instead. Since you received an item that's completely different from what you ordered, you may be able to get refunded:
