Hello, since you paid using a credit card and your item was never delivered to you, you can try to start a Chargeback procedure :

I bought a coffee machine last September 2022 until today i haven't received the items. I got in touch with payment.yiyumediasstore .com and they have been given me ridiculous answer. I asked for refund but they said NO REFUND but wait for the item its on the way which already for almost 1 years . What a ashamed. These type of company should not be allowed to adv in facebook.
