These scams are very common. Scammers use big company names like Walmart and Amazon to trick victims into trusting them and giving them their money. A good rule of thumb when you come across such a scam is to double-check the URL of the site you're seeing this on and cross-reference it with the real website. You will definitely notice that in this case the URL is www.trueproductsforless.com and not https://www.walmart.com/.
At any rate, you can contact your bank or credit card company and inform them of the fraudulent charges and see if there's a way to be refunded.
