Sounds official saying they have been trying to deliver certified mail. I have been home so I do not think it's true....

They have been robo calling leaving meassages that they have been trying to serve papers and want me to schedule time to deliver but no other details other than threat to escalate legally. I called back and they wanted me to confirm personal info and thats when i said no, i wont confirm and the lady said "then im not going to waste my time" and hung up.

6 weeks later waiting to be served so I have an address to handle this face to fist

Left a voicemail saying that they have certified documents for me to sign and this is their second attempt I need to call them back and set up a delivery time where I can get the documents if not then they will proceed with legal action.
