Comment / Review	Posing as parcel delivery, here La Poste in France, says they can't deliver and supplies link to https://trackyour-parcel.net (because all French public services will have English URL ...) that says they need a $1 payment to release for delivery. Interestingly they are holding the shipment in Paris, more than 700 km from me.
