Business partner doing own tax to our business leaving my name ou

| Details / precisions | Went into a 50 50 partnership in a Cafe in nsw costing $45,000,00. My partner changed the cafe name at the bank leaving my name out of it, the bank letting her do that with out me knowing, my partner had another business I new nothing about, and was transferring our profits to that account the bank told me nothing, my partner was able to lodge a tax return in only her name for our Cafe we brought together. My partner used all my personal reciepts in her tax by changing my name on the reciepts to her name, my partner told the bank I had walked out of the business and told them to take me off the bank account and the bank did. I spent $38,000 from my own bank into our Cafe and I get kicked out. Please tell me what leg I have to stand on.
