I suspect that a scam contacted me as a famous idol. I videocalled me and the face is really of this idol, but is it possible videocall using another face?

Yes it is indeed possible for scammers to video call and mask their identity like this. Technological advancement has made it very easy for them to do so, using AI and other methods.
